Do Gozney products come with a warranty?
Yes, our ovens come with a standard 1-year warranty which can be extended to 5 years if you register your product within 60 days of purchase.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Can I use wood and gas in my Gozney oven?
This depends on the model. The Gozney Dome and Roccbox offer dual-fuel capabilities, allowing you to switch between the convenience of gas and the traditional flavor of a wood fire.
