At Gozney, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade ovens and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your oven or accessories aren't the right fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original shipping crates or boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
